The ECO gate is the entry-level model in the gate range of Danneels Melktechniek. By opting for an efficient and stable production process, all profiles can be produced to customer specifications and fit together seamlessly. The gate consists of aluminum profiles that provide a sturdy construction that is durable and environmentally responsible. The CAD data was set up so that it can generate files that can be read by the supplier in an easy way and tailored to the customer. This project is a marriage of ecology and economy.

The isolated gate is a product of Danneels Melktechniek which enjoys a certain status within the industry and agriculture. Huho had the opportunity to modernize the production process and this led to some crucial decisions that benefit in logistics, stability and workflow. The CAD data was adapted so that it can generate files that can be read by the supplier in a simple and customized way. For this project, we chose a hybrid solution in the production of the parts.
